These are the draft minutes for the last meeting on the 14th of August 2025.

The Hermitage Hall Committee has applied to Foundation Scotland for a grant to make a number of improvements to Hermitage Hall. Foundation Scotland are holding Community Benefit cash for us from Pines Burn wind farm and the grant would be awarded against this cash. The application will be considered for approval at the Community Council meeting.

As part of the Local Place Plan validation and approval process, Community Councils are required to submit the Place Plan to neighbouring Community Councils for their consideration. Upper Teviot and Borthwick Water Community Council have formally asked us to consider their Local Place Plan
